Online Registrations

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE PAYMENT OPTIONS BELOW…
How to Register:
You may register and pay for your child/children’s registration in the following ways:
1. Manual form and payment by cheque or cash at a registration day, or
2. Online form and payment; paying with your credit card, or
3. Online completing registration details and payment by cheque or cash at a registration day.
NOTE: Whether you pay online or not you still need to attend a registration day to pick up your registration kit including age patch and competition number, and if it is your child’s first registration or they have had a season off, you will also need to produce proof of age (birth certificate, passport or blue book).
Also please take note that if you go with option 2 – paying online with a credit card the Early Registration fees & family discount $10 for 3 or more children ($65- Tiny Tots & U/6 – U/17 Early Bird $85) is not available.
If you go with Option 3, online Registration needs to be finalised and paid for on or before 18:00pm 04/10/2016 to be able to receive the Family and Early Registration fees discount.
If you have completed an online registration, please take a printout of your online transaction (receipt or invoice) and if it’s a New Registration please take your Birth Certificate to be sighted.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE REGISTERING WITH THE CORRECT CENTRE SINGLETON TRACK AND FIELD CLUB. IF YOU DO PAY THE INCORRECT CENTRE, WHEN PROCESSING A REFUND OF THE CENTRE ONLY AMOUNT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 ADMINISTRATION FEE.
TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER CENTRE CANNOT BE DONE WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE FOR THE NEW SEASON. YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT LANSW TO LINK YOUR MEMBER RECORD TO THE NEW CENTRE.
